1. Work up to a max set of 1-5 reps of Seated Kettlebell Press.
2. 2 sets, reaching failure at 15-20 reps of bench press.
3. 3 rounds of:
Kettlebell row x 6-12 reps
Banded muscle snatches or w/ barbell x 6-12.
4. 3 rounds of:
Inverted row on bar, to failure
Med ball push ups, to failure
