Lateral Lunges x 5 each side

1 round, with a partner:

Partner passovers w/ med ball x 10 clockwise, 10 counter.

Partner burpee wall ball shots x 10 reps

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 20: Teams of 2

21 Wallballs (20/14)

15 Calorie Row

9 Deadlifts (225/155)

*Complete full round

before switching partners
