Warm up (No Measure)
1. Crossover symmetry (satisfy all of the eye level movements in round 1 and the knee level movements in rounds 2) @ 8 reps today.
2. Hip opener drill
3. Any type of squat hold, 2 minutes
Work through the warm up quickly. We will begin the workout at the last 20 minutes of class, regardless of completion of the warm up.
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 20 minutes in teams of 2:
75 Wallballs (20/14)
60 Box Jumps (24/20)
45 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
30 Power Cleans (135/95)
15 Deadlifts (135/95)
*Split Reps as Needed
