Warm up (No Measure)
1. Hip opener x 2 minutes each side
2. Standing straddle x 2 minutes
3. 800 meter relay run
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
In Teams of 6-8
10 Calorie Row
15 Jumping Lunges
20 Deadlift (155/115#)
Workout is done funnel style.
Athlete 1 starts with the Row.
Once calories are completed, Athlete 2 can start the Row, and so on.
Before returning to the rotation, athletes complete the Jumping Lunge and Deadlift.
Score is total calories on the row.
