In Teams of 2 complete AMRAP for 20 min of:
I: Run 400m
II: 5 Thrusters then M.E. Bar Facing Burpees.
Partner I goes on run and Partner II completes 5 thrusters then M.E. Bar Facing burps. When Partner I comes back from run partners switch. Score is burps.
