Group WOD

Our Group Workout Of the Day is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.


For individuals who are brand new to CrossFit, we have special class times where you will get small-group focused coaching that spends the majority of time teaching the techniques of standard movements used regularly in our Group WOD classes.  

Open Gym

Open Gym is open to any CVCF members or visitors with at least 2 years CrossFit experience. There will not be a coach-led class during this time frame; however, there will be a coach at the gym. Members are welcome to come in and work out on their own. Open Gym requires the same CVCF membership and/or drop-in fees for CrossFitters visiting the area.

Vinyasa Pravaha {Flow}

Finding your flow and strength with synergy between your Pranayama {breathe} and Asana {postures}.  Build strength and mobility in this higher energy class.

Blast (40min HIIT)

A high energy, fast paced, heart pumping, heavy breathing total-body workout. In 30 minutes, you’ll move through timed functional body weight exercises at a fast pace. The goal is to max out every exercise, every round, every time. This class is great to get in, get it down, and leave feeling accomplished.

Personal Training with Bret Gibson

Meet 1:1 or grab a group and work with Bret for a customized training and nutrition plan.  Working with Bret, you'll work together to identify your fitness goals.  Your personal training sessions include customized workouts, simple nutrition guides and a home exercise plan in addition to your workout time at Chelan Valley CrossFit.
