Group WOD

Our Group Workout Of the Day is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

OnRamp

For individuals who are brand new to CrossFit, we have special class times where you will get small-group focused coaching that spends the majority of time teaching the techniques of standard movements used regularly in our Group WOD classes.  

Blast (40min HIIT)

A high energy, fast paced, heart pumping, heavy breathing total-body workout. In 30 minutes, you’ll move through timed functional body weight exercises at a fast pace. The goal is to max out every exercise, every round, every time. This class is great to get in, get it down, and leave feeling accomplished.

Fundamental Strength

In this strength class you will learn strength training techniques using body weight and kettlebells, working through progressions to understand and gain strength in fundamental movement patterns. We will work on pushing strength, pulling strength, and rotational strength while addressing stability and mobility issues. This is a low impact strength class that will aide you in bettering your movement as you gain strength; helping you in activities outside of the gym. Come and join in for an hour of learning and strength training!

Baptiste Power Yoga 

Baptiste Power Yoga has 3 main elements; asana, the physical practice of yoga postures; meditation, the practice of focusing the mind; and inquiry, the practice of self-transformation. These 3 elements encourage students to step into their full potential by discovering their passions, creativity, and developing the confidence to step into new and big possibilities in their lives.
