Class Descriptions

Group WOD

Our Group Workout Of the Day is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.


For individuals who are brand new to CrossFit, we have special class times where you will get small-group focused coaching that spends the majority of time teaching the techniques of standard movements used regularly in our Group WOD classes.  

Open Gym

Open Gym is open to any CVCF members or visitors with at least 2 years CrossFit experience. There will not be a coach-led class during this time frame; however, there will be a coach at the gym. Members are welcome to come in and work out on their own. Open Gym requires the same CVCF membership and/or drop-in fees for CrossFitters visiting the area.

Competitor's Class

The Competitor's Class is an Open Gym style of class; however, there will not be a coach technically coaching.  This class is open to anyone with 3 years CrossFit experience, has their Level 1 CrossFit certification OR is actively registered for a competition in the next 6 months.  Competitor's Class requires the same CVCF membership and/or drop-in fees for CrossFitters visiting the area.


Bootcamp is a high-intensity workout that delivers results in a total-body approach, combining sprint intervals, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity moves.

Candlelight Yoga

Experience a calming style of yoga, designed to leave your body feeling rested, relaxed and restored. This class is conducted in the dark, surrounded by candlelight and soothing music.  We hold stretches for 3-5 minutes, allowing your body to completely release and increasing circulation to your joints and improving flexibility.
